We know the holidays are stressful, and we're doing our utmost to get your order to you in a timely fashion. We just discovered that UPS is now warehousing all Standard shipments. Expedited shipments are apparently still moving, but at a higher cost. That is why you see two shipping prices at checkout. Our pricing reflects the actual cost of shipping, and we wish it weren't so high. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. 

UPS will not pick up here, so we have to take the boxes to Kingston. This means that it might take us a day or so to get into their system.
