Expedited shipments are apparently still moving, but at a higher cost. That is why you see two shipping prices at checkout. We're only covering the actual cost of shipping, and we wish it weren't so high. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 14 days. Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for loss in value.
